Women rights, participatory governance, livelihood and public financing for agriculture. The overall goal for the programme was to enhance economic and political consciousness of women, men and the youth groups in Nebbi and Zombo Districts in West Nile for an improved community welfare and development.

Key activities implemented were:

  1. Trained and sensitized the target groups on governance, accountability, human rights, laws and policies.
  2. Held quarterly community dialogue meetings between the right holders and duty bearers on emerging community concerns.
  3. Trained targeted groups on livelihood and entrepreneurship skills.
  4. Organized women small farmers into advocacy groups; and equipped them with advocacy tool for an increased financing for agriculture.
