means responsible planning and management of all resources that are at the disposal of the organization.

5. Integrity

means the adherence to moral and ethical principles or soundness of moral character manifested in honesty and fairness among others.

6. Professionalism

refers to the skills, sense of good judgment, and polite behaviour expected from a person who is trained for a particular job.

7. Accountability

refers to the obligation of an individual or organization to account for its activities, accept responsibility for them, and to disclose the results in a transparent manner. It also includes the responsibility for money or other entrusted property.
