Land Justice Project

Project Information This project targets facilitating process which leads to acquisition of certificate of customary land certificate (CCO) for the vulnerable women. These include widows, girls, child headed families. The project aim is to secure legally recognized land document which can lead to security of land ownership and protect them from grabbers. It's a 2 years project 2024 - 2027. It is premised on the fact that the targeted beneficiaries are poor, weak and cannot afford to secure land title on their own due inability to meet the cost associated with processing land titled. On the other hand, the vulnerable persons are ever taken advantage of by the well to do and positioned persons.
