Life Concern mandate
Life Concern (LICO) was founded as a Community Based Organization (CBO) in 1998. In 2003, it was registered as an indigenous Non-Governmental Organisation with National NGO Bureau in Uganda under the NGO Act Cap.109, Regulations, 2017; permit number INDP41533469NB. LICO has 5 year running permit effective (September 4th 2025). Under the permit, LICO is mandated to carry out activities in the fields of;
