Key activities implemented were:
Books for development a US based organization headed by Mark Cotham partners with LICO in the areas of promoting education since 2009 to date.
The main activities here are; i) Establishing libraries at schools, communities, police and prisons ii) Promoting ICT by supplying computers to selected schools to aid learning.
