Alochi Ku Somu 1 Project-Zombo

Project Information Co:operaid-Switzerland is funding a consortium project “Alochi Ku Somu 1” 2022 – 2024 being implemented by LICO, CEFORD and Nebbi NGO forum. The project is promoting competitive improved learning environment and academic excellence in Zombo district through the following award competition; i) Teachers of the year award-10 vacancies ii) Director/head teacher of the year award- 01 vacancy iii) School accountability award-5 vacancies and iv) School promotion award-2 vacancies. By giving opportunities of winning individual and institutional prizes ranging between Uganda shilling 1.500.000 to 50.000.000 every year, LICO is motivating stakeholders and learners to work harder and improve on education status in Zombo district. Here are some of the outcomes of the 1st award ceremony held on 22/03/2022 at Paidha town in Zombo district, Cream Land Motel.
